Hi all,
Mummy is a bit sick with the 'flu, so today our friends Robyn and Kate have taken me to the park so daddy can work and mummy can rest.
Yesterday daddy looked after me during church--he didn't have to preach or lead the service. But I gave him some frights when he played guitar because he couldn't see me sometimes.

After church we went on a daddy date, to the Kiama Seaside Markets. I fell asleep on the way there!
We were then going to go to Aldi at Shellharbour to get some food for dinner and then to Robyn and Gareth's to say hi.
Anyway, we parked at the harbour and walked around Black Beach to the markets. I love walking on the sea-wall along Black Beach, and mummy and daddy always hold my hand because it's about 8 or 10 feet to the bottom--and it's usually very wet down there at high tide or rocky at low tide.
We saw a stall selling goldfish. One of my favourite books is "Are Lemons Blue?" which contains a line "Are goldfish green? NO! goldfish are orange". I call all goldfish "goldfish green" (even though I know they are oransh!). So I liked looking at the "goldfish green" at the goldfish stall.
Daddy let me go on the super-big slippery slide.
Then I went and patted the farm animals in the petting compound--although I was more concerned that the kiddy chairs be stacked properly.

On the way back we bought some apples from an apple farmer from Tumut and some lovely mandarins, before we saw some people daddy knows who go to a local church. I got bored because the conversation went on and on (daddy talks way too much!) so I climbed up on the sea-wall and... bang! I fell off and landed on my nappy-padded bottom on the rocks at the bottom.
I cried and cried but didn't hurt myself that much (considering such a fall!) but daddy feels very bad. And I am sore.
I was so sore last night that they took me to the hospital. Daddy says casualty wards in hospital are terrible places where you have to wait forever but they were all very kind to me and a doctor saw me right away.
She said I had a soft tissue injury and for mum and dad to watch me for a while, but that I didn't need hospitalisation or x-rays.
Today Kate and Robyn are minding me and I still love daddy.
