 Train chasing is a lit like fishing... news that the fish are running goes out, and you go and take your chances.

04:16:00 Lithgow Yard Down 8222-DL40-DL43-8227 Coal-empty Stabled
04:16:00 Lithgow Yard Down 8211-82xx-8244 Coal-empty Stabled
05:35:00 1861? Marrangaroo Down GL??-??-?? Containers PPL, sighted
Marrangaroo. Loco numbers missed because we were in the servo grabbing
breakfast. Grrr. All we saw were white number boards, so the locos (and
train) could have been that listed in the next entry, as again it was only
seen from a distance.
06:24:00 1871 Bowenfels Down 44204/6/8 & DL43(?) Containers Short; sighted
from a distance, locos from ausloco, order unknown. Again, sighting missed
as we were relocating to Bowenfels.
07:21:00 1877 Bowenfels Down DL49-DL47-DL46-4887 Containers .
