This pic was taken in April 1997. My notebook observes it is 9029+9012 photographed at 07:43 leading an Up (loaded) coal up Whittingham Bank from Singleton. This is a 1:77 gradient and two 4,000 hp locomotives pulling the long coal train up the bank was something to behold.

Somewhere in my 'files' I have a painting I did based on this photograph.
